Who can apply for a wholesale account?

We welcome applications from retail businesses, gift shops, boutiques, event organizers, subscription box companies, and nonprofit organizations. If you’re looking to buy in bulk for resale or group gifting, you’re eligible.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, our typical minimum is $300 per order; however, we may waive this for first-time trial orders. Some custom items may require a minimum quantity depending on the design and setup.

Do you offer custom designs or private labeling?

Yes! We can customize products with your location, logo, or event details. We also offer unbranded labeling options for shops wanting to resell under their own brand.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most wholesale orders ship within 5–10 business days. Larger or customized orders may take longer, but we’ll always provide an estimated turnaround time when you place your order.

Where do you ship from?

All products are made and shipped from Moncton, Canada. We ship across North America and can provide international shipping quotes on request.

Can I order samples?

Absolutely. We encourage new partners to order samples before placing a whole order. Just let us know what you’d like to try.

What are your payment terms?

We require full payment before production begins. For returning wholesale customers with established accounts, we may offer net terms on approval.

Do you offer seasonal or limited collections?

Yes! We regularly release seasonal designs and gift bundles for holidays, events, and regional themes. Wholesale partners are notified first and get early access.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Once your wholesale account is approved, we’ll send you access to our product catalog, pricing, and order form. You can submit orders directly online or via email.
