When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 10–12 business days.

We offer a wide range of sizes and colours, and not all variations are kept in stock at all times. To support this, we receive weekly inventory shipments, which may affect processing times.

Additional Lead Time May Apply:

  • Custom items: Production time varies based on quantity and any required design work
  • Out-of-stock apparel sizes/colours: May require additional time to source before shipping

If you need an update on a specific item, feel free to contact us for the current lead time.

Many custom-ordered, bespoke, or back-ordered products will ship within a few days. We will email you updates on ship times.

We’ll email you tracking information as soon as it’s available. The final delivery will be through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or a courier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking is typically updated within 24 hours.

Holiday Season

During the holidays, our carriers do their best to deliver your package on time, but we can’t predict any delays or issues.

Please allow extra time during the holiday rush to create your items.

To ensure you receive your items in time for Christmas, please place your orders by December 10th. We cannot guarantee that any orders placed after December 10th will arrive in time before the new year.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you once we receive the package. To have the order shipped again, additional shipping charges will apply. Orders returned for this reason are not eligible for a refund.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update it before the order ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
