Exchanges: We do not offer apparel size exchanges. To help ensure the best fit, please review the sizing chart on the product page or contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right size.

Returns: Item returns are accepted only for quality issues and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Modifications: Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made after the item has entered production. If you need to adjust sizing or order details, you must submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may be unable to make changes, as many of our items are made to order or prepared shortly after purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t yet entered production.

Need to return an item? Email [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused. Do not ship items until you receive your RMA.

Item condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital downloads, intimate, personalized, or custom-made products (all custom or bespoke sales are final).

Return Shipping: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. For all other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Please use an insured, tracked service for high-value items, as we can’t confirm receipt otherwise.

Restocking Fees: Please be kind and treat our products with respect. They have feelings too. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, we may offer a partial refund for items that are damaged or missing parts when the issue is not the result of an error on our part.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your parcel.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the same credit card you used for the purchase.

Price Adjustments: We periodically run special promotions or coupon codes. Any offers launched after you place your order cannot be applied retroactively.
