I came across Tamarack Atlantic online while scrolling through Facebook and fell in love with a New Brunswick sweatshirt, varsity style. I continued with an order, but I ordered a sweatshirt too large. I called the company and asked how to do an exchange. I then was speaking with Becky. Then to my surprise there was zero issue to get another sweatshirt and to actually keep the other one as a token of appreciation. The quality of the sweatshirt is amazing super soft on the inside and washes like a rag. But the customer service quality was above and beyond. Because of the mail strike, Becky drove to my home to deliver my new sweatshirt and she gave me a couple of extra thank you gifts. I feel truly blessed as a maritimer to support Canadian and to support a local business that goes above and beyond.
