When will my order ship?
Depending on the item, orders typically take between 2 and 7 business days to process. Custom-made items may take longer to produce, depending on the quantity, especially if we need to create any graphics work. Some apparel items, particularly in specific sizes, may take a few days to order if we don’t have them in stock. Please get in touch with us if you would like to inquire about the current lead time for the product you are interested in.
Many custom-ordered, bespoke, or back-ordered products will ship within a few days. We will email you updates on ship times.
We’ll email you tracking information as soon as it’s available. The final delivery will be through Canada Post, USPS, or UPS. Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking is typically updated within 24 hours.
During the holidays, our carriers do their best to deliver your package on time, but we can’t foresee any possible delays or problems.
